- ARD & ESI together carry almost 40–45% weight in both phases — if you’re weak here, start today.
- For Generalist, focus on schemes like PM-KISAN, PMFBY, NRLM, MGNREGA, Watershed, NABARD reports (read the last 2 annual reports, that’s enough).
- Descriptive English — practice 300–400 word essays daily. Topics are predictable (climate change & agriculture, financial inclusion, women empowerment in rural India).
- Quant & Reasoning — same level as SBI PO, nothing crazy.
- Give at least 25–30 full-length mocks before prelims.
