NABARD Grade A Notification 2025 Out: 91 Assistant Manager Posts – Apply Online Ends 30 Nov @ nabard.org

Guys, the moment a lot of you were waiting for is finally here. NABARD dropped the full Grade A 2025 notification on 8th November and the online registration link went live the same day. 91 vacancies this time — decent jump from last year — and the last date is 30th November 2025. If you’re reading this after 30th Nov, sorry buddy, you’ll have to wait for the next cycle, but keep reading because the rest of the info will still help you prep.

I’ve been covering banking exams since 2018 and NABARD Grade A has always been that “dream-but-niche” job for most serious candidates. It’s not as flashy as RBI Grade B for some people, but the kind of work you get to do in rural banking, the postings, the growth — trust me, once you clear it, you’ll never regret choosing this over any private bank PO role.

Let’s break everything down like I always do — no bakwas, just what you actually need.

Vacancy Break-up (Post-wise & Category-wise)

This year they’ve given a clean table in the notification itself. Here’s how the 91 posts are divided:

Assistant Manager (RDBS – General)207312547
Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha)Wait, no Rajbhasha this year

Information Technology (IT)411219
Finance310217
Legal Service210104
Protocol & Security Service500016

Generalist still dominates with 47 posts — perfect if you don’t have any specific specialization.

Important Dates You Can’t Miss

Notification released8th November 2025
Online registration starts8th November 2025
Last date to apply30th November 2025
Last date for fee payment30th November 2025
Phase 1 (Prelims) Exam20th December 2025
Phase 2 (Mains) Exam25th January 2026

Eligibility – Age & Education (Quick Look)

Age (as on 01-11-2025)

  • General RDBS/Legal: 21–30 years
  • Protocol & Security: 25–40 years
  • Usual relaxations: SC/ST +5, OBC +3, PwBD +10/15

Education (minimum 60% for General, 55% for SC/ST/PwBD in most cases)

  • Generalist → Any Bachelor’s
  • Agriculture → B.Sc Agriculture or related
  • IT → B.Tech/B.E/MCA with 60%
  • Finance → MBA Finance/CA/ICWA/CS
  • Legal → LLB + enrolled with Bar Council

Salary & Take-Home (Everyone Asks This First)

Starting basic: ₹44,500 (Revised scale after 2023 wage revision) Gross monthly (Metro posting): ≈ ₹1.05 – 1.10 lakh In-hand after deductions: ₹95k – ₹1 lakh easily in the first year Plus LTC, medical, leased accommodation or HRA, newspaper, furniture allowance — the perks are honestly insane compared to most PSBs.

Selection Process – No Change This Year

Phase 1 → Prelims (200 marks, 120 min, qualifying in nature) Phase 2 → Mains (Paper 1 Descriptive English + Paper 2 Stream-specific) Phase 3 → Interview (50 marks)

Final selection = 75% Mains + 25% Interview

My Two Cents on Preparation (Because I Get 100s of DMs)

  1. ARD & ESI together carry almost 40–45% weight in both phases — if you’re weak here, start today.
  2. For Generalist, focus on schemes like PM-KISAN, PMFBY, NRLM, MGNREGA, Watershed, NABARD reports (read the last 2 annual reports, that’s enough).
  3. Descriptive English — practice 300–400 word essays daily. Topics are predictable (climate change & agriculture, financial inclusion, women empowerment in rural India).
  4. Quant & Reasoning — same level as SBI PO, nothing crazy.
  5. Give at least 25–30 full-length mocks before prelims.

I personally recommend Adda247 or PracticeMock for NABARD-specific mocks — they are the closest to actual paper.

Direct Links (Save These)

If you’ve already applied — awesome, see you on the other side. If you missed it — don’t beat yourself up. Start preparing now, because NABARD Grade A comes only once a year and the syllabus barely changes.

Drop a comment if you want a 45-day study plan or booklist — I’ll share whatever helped my students clear in the last two attempts

Final Words

Bhai, NABARD Grade A ek baar clear kar liya na, toh life set ho jati hai. Posting rural areas mein hoti hai starting mein, lekin 3-4 saal baad metro bhi mil jata hai. Work pressure RBI se kam hai, aur satisfaction alag level ka hai kyunki real India ko help kar rahe ho.

Agar apply kar chuke ho toh ab full focus prelims pe. Agar miss kar diya, toh abhi se shuru kar do – next year 100+ vacancies aane ki chance hai.

All the very best, guys! Koi doubt ho toh comment kar dena, turant reply karunga.
